About
Email that actually
reaches inboxes.
DebounceAPI is a small, focused team building the email validation tool we always wished we had — fast, honest, and priced like a tool, not a tax.
Our story
Built because we got tired of bouncing.
We've spent years sending email at scale — newsletters, transactional notifications, outbound campaigns — and we saw the same pattern over and over: lists rot fast, ESPs penalise senders quickly, and the existing validation tools either feel like enterprise-only or hide their pricing behind sales calls.
DebounceAPI is our answer. A validation tool you can sign up for in 30 seconds, with prices that scale down as your volume scales up, and an API simple enough that you can wire it into a signup form in a single afternoon.
What we believe.
-
Deliverability is a craft, not a checkbox.
Inbox placement is a long game. Validating before you send protects your sender reputation, which is the only currency that actually matters at the gateways.
-
Pricing should be obvious.
No "contact us for pricing", no monthly minimums you'll forget to cancel, no surprise overages. Buy credits, use them when you need them, top up when you don't.
-
Your data is yours.
We process the addresses you submit so we can return validation results. We don't resell them, share them, or use them to seed any other product. When you delete a list, it's gone for good.

Simple beats clever.
One endpoint, one clear status, four signals you can act on. No bespoke SDKs you have to keep updated, no proprietary file formats, no clever lock-in.
Built for two kinds of people.
Marketers who send.
Upload a CSV from your ESP, get back a clean list with deliverable contacts and a breakdown of what was wrong with the rest.
Developers who build.
A REST API that returns deliverable/undeliverable/risky/unknown in one HTTP call, with signals you can branch on at signup or checkout.
Where we are.
We're a remote team with operations centred in the EU. Our application servers run in the EU; validation traffic can be pinned to EU regions on request, which keeps GDPR posture clean for European senders.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET. Support tickets sent during business hours are answered the same day; off-hours, the next business day.

100 credits on us. No card. Plug it in and see if it fits — if it doesn't, you don't owe us a thing.
